What services/products do you offer?

We offer personalized senior concierge services, including but not limited to:

Errand Running – From grocery pickup and pharmacy trips to post office runs, we handle the “running” so you can sit back and relax. If you’d rather take care of errands yourself, our transportation services get you there safely and comfortably—no parking worries, no traffic stress.

Household Support – Light housekeeping, laundry, organization, etc.

Technology Support – Smartphones, video calls, Wi-Fi setup, and more.

Companionship Support – Friendly visits, activities, walks, or a good chat.

Administrative Support – Appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.

Transportation Support – Safe, reliable rides for seniors to appointments, errands, and social events. Our team offers door-to-door assistance so every trip is comfortable and stress-free.

Hours and Availability


What are your business hours?

Helpfully Yours is open Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Need service outside these hours? Email us at support@helpfullyyours.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer weekend or after-hours service?

Yes! Weekend services are available, and after-hours services can be scheduled in advance by contacting support@helpfullyyours.com.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can request an appointment by filling out our Contact Us form.

How far in advance do I need to book?

The more notice, the better—but we’ll always do our best to help, even with last-minute requests.


Pricing and Payment


How much do your services cost?

Our services are charged at either an hourly or flat fee rate, based on the type of service requested. Additional out-of-pocket costs (such as groceries or postage) are not included in the hourly or flat rate and must be reimbursed immediately after the service.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes! We offer custom packages.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, personal checks and cash.


Policies


What is your cancellation policy?

Monthly Memberships: Cancel anytime; the cancellation is effective at the end of your billing cycle. No refunds for unused portions.

Service Credits and Gift Cards: Refundable within 15 days of purchase with a written request. Non-refundable after 15 days.

No refund will be issued after services are completed.

What is your rescheduling policy?

We understand emergencies happen, but for all other reschedules, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Do you charge a late fee?

No. All services are either prepaid or paid in full at the time of service, so we don’t charge late fees.

We don’t provide medical care, but we’re happy to support individuals with disabilities or special needs through our concierge services.

No problem! We’ll work with you to develop a Customized Support Plan during your initial consultation.

Absolutely! We’re here to support both seniors and their caregivers or families.

Can I schedule recurring visits?

Definitely! We can set up weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom recurring visits based on your needs.

Do you offer reminders or follow-ups?

Yes! We provide administrative support like appointment reminders, confirmations, and post-service follow-ups.
